ABOUT
Elsie Arredondo is an accredited member with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA).
As an ISA AM, Ms. Arredondo's appraisals conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and to the Ethical Standards and Report Writing Standards of the International Society of Appraisers.
Ms. Arredondo became an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) in 2018.
In order to reach this status, you must have a resume showing a min of three years of market-related experience in chosen specialty, four-character references, then complete a core course in appraisal studies, and in the National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. then passing two competency exams.
As an Accredited Member of ISA Ms. Arredondo has also achieved the designation of “qualified appraiser” as defined by the Appraisers Qualification Board of the Appraisal Foundation in her declared specialty in Fine Art and has demonstrated significant, appraisal-related experience in that specialty.
Re-qualification, which ISA requires every five years, assures up-to-date familiarity with the latest changes in the law and ongoing professional development training.
Ms. Arredondo has over ten years of market-related experience in her chosen specialty of fine art. Focusing on late 19th century paintings. She also has extensive experience with Japanese Woodblocks, and 20th Century to contemporary artwork including; paintings, sculptures, sketches and limited edition prints.
